A dynamic class, at a moderate to intense pace, in order to synchronize movement with the breath in a series of flowing sequences.This vinyasa yoga class will help you build strength, and improve your balance and flexibility. Expect to leave feeling more energized! Some classes might include Pranayama (breath work). During the class I offer modifications that make the practice accessible for all levels.
