What to expect:
The Sweat Vacay + Koukoumi Long Weekend of Wellness is about striking a balance between the mind and the body. Guests can expect equal amounts of relaxation and activity. They will gain knowledge about the power of plant-based nutrition, + the mind/body healing process.

Day 1
- Arrival + check in
- Welcome mocktails with our compliments
- Anti-jetlag massage ( 30’ with our comp) – time slots 11 to 1pm or 2-5pm – prebooking required
- Hang out by the pool
- Sunset Yoga + Meditation
- Welcome Food Tasting menu
day 2
- 8-9am: Morning mind +Body awakening with Panos
- 9-10.30am :Plant Based Breakfast at the hotel ( served till 10.30am)
- 11-12.30 : Workshop with Fouli + Panos
- 2-4.30pm : Cooking Class + Lunch
- Hang out by the pool or Functional Training.
- 6pm-9pm: Sound Bath with Mike
- 9:30 Plant -Based Dinner at Koukoumi ( 3 course a la carte)
day 3
· 7am: Sunrise hike to the lighthouse +meditation
· Greek Coffee + breakfast
· Sail to Delos
· Plant based lunch on Boat
· Workshop on boat
· 3.30pm: Return to the hotel + Free time
· 6-7pm: Sunset Yoga , breathwork
· 8.30pm: Plant -Based Dinner at Koukoumi ( 3 course a la carte)
· Town
day 4
- 8am-9am: Rise + Shine Pilates with Sonia
- 9am-10.30am : Plant-Based Breakfast at the hotel

30% upon booking ( non-refundable for any cancellation less than 3 weeks)

Cancellation policy
Any cancellation 3 weeks before arrival result in 50% cancellation fees
Any cancellation 2 weeks before arrival result in 100 % cancellation fees
