Ayurveda enables you to understand how to create balance of body, mind and consciousness according to your own individual constitution and how to make lifestyle changes to bring about and maintain this balance.
In the Ayurvedic Yoga Package I will start by defining your unique constitution and identifying the current imbalances you are experiencing. From there, you will get a yoga practice adapted to who you are and what you need to support your physical vitality and mental wellbeing and you will be able to incorporate self care tips into your daily habits.
