Ayurveda is an ancient system of healing that originated in India more than 5000 years ago offering guidelines for healthy living. Ayurveda and Yoga are sister sciences. Ayurveda enables you to understand how to create balance of body, mind and consciousness according to your own individual constitution and how to make lifestyle changes to bring about and maintain this balance.
In the Ayurvedic Yoga Package I will start by defining your unique constitution and identifying the current imbalances you are experiencing. From there, a personalized program will be developed just for you. And you will be able to incorporate self care tips into your daily habits.

1x 1 hour Zoom call to review the basic principles of Ayurveda and Yoga and presentation of the questionnaires
Determination of your unique physical and mental constitution and creation of a program based on the review of your answers
4x 75 min Customized live one-on-one yoga sessions applying Ayurvedic principles (1/week on 4weeks)
How to incorporate and integrate practices of yoga and Ayurveda for personal well-being in your daily life
Classes are Live and Online via Zoom
Sessions can be done in English or French
