Gilly gives all the instructions in Greek and English, which is great. The movements seem simple but they’re very challenging! I feel great after the class and I can’t wait to do it again.

Gilly’s mat Pilates class really got me to engage my core, glues, and hamstrings. Gilly helped on Zoom with modifications I needed for my lower back issues. This was like the physical therapy I’d been missing. Good energy. Good strength and toning. I will be taking this class again!
