Description

This method is focused on empowerment and flexibility. It strengthens and stretches the body with the minimum effort while it also increases the extent of movement inside the joints. A combination of elements and movements of Yoga, Gymnastics and Tai Chi. This method is adjusted to the body and not vice versa. An anti-aging Exercise which addresses all age groups.
