Before your horse-riding lesson, you’ll probably want to stretch out with some light yoga to get those muscles nice and loose. Our sessions last 30 minutes and are accessible for people of all abilities.
This practice improves mobility and relieves tensions. This class helps you reach a restorative feeling and full relaxation so you are ready to connect with your new equestrian friends.
