With the practise of pranayama we will move mindfully & create space within our body and mind. 
Will move slowly from one asana to another, where we will be connecting and feeling each and every breath coming in and out our body, diving deeper and deeper within ourselves. 
My classes are lead in Greek and/or English, depending on the preference and nationality of participants.
