Description
“Ha” means sun and “tha” means moon. Yoga means unity. So the practice in Hatha yoga is the powerful practice that aligns our body, mind and prana deeply. We stay in every pose for few breaths giving time to our muscles to lengthen and time to ourselves to connect with our breath during each Asana.
It is recommended for all levels and for beginners
Each class begins with a centering meditation and breathe work. The practice ends with a relaxing sound healing session.
