    Wow. This class made my glutes sore from every angle. Giannis is great and pays very close attention so you can’t cheat and do the movements wrong! He made us do moves I had never done before, but they were so effective. You will definitely sweat in this class!

    It’s two days later and I’m still feeling the effects of this fabulous workout. My body needed this class so much. And so many different kinds of movements. I never thought I’d find a glutes class that wasn’t all about squats. And this is it. I recommend this class to anyone who wants to sweat a bit, feel a sense of accomplishment, and get toned.
