A dynamic class, at a moderate to intense pace, in order to synchronize movement with the breath in a series of flowing sequences.This vinyasa yoga class will help you build strength, and improve your balance and flexibility. Expect to leave feeling more energized! Some classes might include Pranayama (breath work). During the class I offer modifications that make the practice accessible for all levels.
Classes are in English. Live on Zoom at 6:30PM (Paris time)/ 7:30PM (Athens time)

    This class made me feel great. After being stuck inside for so long, I didn’t realize how much I needed this! It was a great mix of effort and stretching that got my heart rate up and targeted every part of the body. Also, CLem has a lovely voice and gives very good instructions about alignment. I highly recommend.

    Clemence is such a versatile instructor. I’ve taken her virtual Vinyasa Yoga class and it was just as wonderful as her in-person classes I’ve taken with her in the past. She created a beautiful flow that engaged all of my muscles that have gotten soft lately. With each flow, she added more dynamic moves and gave helpful personal notes. She ended class with a lovely inspirational quote and a relaxing shavasana that I felt so amazing.

    + Positives: Clemence has such a beautiful calming voice and energy. She has so much experience teaching all over the world.
