Depending on the level of our presence, we gain the ability to observe and allow. Allow every experience to become a transformative new beginning for our limitations, in order to experience the joy of existence in creation.

By experiencing our existence in it’s totality, creating a free flow, where body, emotion, mind, spirit and soul meet, we regain our connection with each hidden, secret and repressed part of ourselves.

In this way we reunite with the totality within and around us, returning back to what we acknowledge as "sacred" in life.

Yin Yoga offers a path to realisation of one’s innate qualities to achieve better health and spiritual connections. Being amongst Mother Nature, men and women build trust and confidence, stability and strength.
